Hi, my name is Suzy and I've created this site so I could share my mini adventures with my friends and family. Traveling is my passion; I feel utterly alive and happy when I am in the middle of nowhere with only my wits about me. I am in my element when I know the day entails 12 hours of walking to unknown trails with my backpack, a lot of water, a bit more food, and only myself for company.  I'm very proud of the fact that I'm anything but normal: crazy (maybe), mad (probably), adventurous (definitely), lunatic (why not), brave (possibly), or just simply alive and willing to take risks to enjoy every second of my life (OH YES). Life should be lived and not watched from a safe distance. I invite you to read my stories and enjoy seeing the world through my eyes.
